I train through a spiritulist church. I attend weekly circles that teach you safely and guide you on the path to where you meant to go. But be warned spirit will guide you to it when its time for you to learn. Often you don't alwasy learn everything at once. I have started, then stopped then strated again and then stopped. Apprently its all about timing. One piece of advice though when you so start to train. It can be VERY scary at times but bear with it. Its worth it in the end the first time you help somone!!! I would suggest that you look up your local spiritulist churchs and go along and attend the services and then speak to someone in the church, chances are they will probably relalise your potential when you walk in the door!! I have been able to move things with my mind since I was younger I have been able to do this but as i got older i only seem able to do so when I get headaches which technically is often but at the same time works the best when I am angry. I think when trying to harness telekinesis when you concetrate most is when you will be able to do it. Like when I am angry i can focus only on my anger and what ever I happent to look at during that time shakes or falls off of the shelf.
