The organizers of Milan Fashion shows have refused to change the show dates. The Milan Fashion Week spring/summer 2013 will overlap with New York and London Fashion Weeks.

Conde Nast's Vogue editors may skip Milan shows as they are ready to stay away from the Milan shows. Conde Nast does not support a changed schedule and is opposing moving the Milan earlier so that NY and London shows overlap or clash with each others.
