No there haven't been changes from season one to season seven. They only changed it now to get dogbreath in and the third time when they had the nerve to remove Mulder's badge and David's name from the opening and removed all reference to Mulder from the openening exept for him falling into Scully's eye. It stinks!!
Those are the only changes, and they better change it back soon again when Mulder returns.
Those are the only changes I know of. They kept the opening the same all those seven years exept for different tag lines in some episodes. They should have kept Mulder in the opening. I can understand that they remove David's name from the credits while he's not in it, but they should have kept at least some of the Mulder clips in. Absent center my *ss!
