She reentered the cave, loaded down with some essential supplies. She and Kyssandra had watched the Hall for almost an hour, they had snuck into the empty forge, making several trips, and took things that would help improve the cave complex. Relying on Shadowclaw to warn her of anyone approaching, she had even slipped into the larder and had gotten some food. When she came back, she had noticed the girl quickly slip something glittering into her pocket. So, the girl had a good sence of self advantage? she had thought. Smiling to the empty cave, Gryffen felt the large gemstones she had secreted in her boots and the gloves hanging at her belt. Dropping the tools, she hurrird out of the cave and back to the Hall to gat a second load.
