Lord Kallendel walks into his room, sinking onto a nearby chair. Ansel runs in, followed by Vedel. The bronze chirps loudly, getting an annoyed glance from the Lord. "Please, ansel, your room is farther down. Next to Seldon's," Ansel dips into a curtsy, dragging Vedel out with her and running to her room. A soft thump is heard as she launches herself onto her bed. Kallendel sighs. Ansel, in her room, arranges things around until it's to her liking. Vedel finds his own place in a large birdcage that had somehow ended up in her room. The boys find their own rooms and meet in Seldon's room to talk.
