Subject: Stupid McAllanen.. Losing the Dyone Records AGAIN. Houston... we need a new secretary.

Age: Adult
Description: A male of medium height, Jaedo stands at about 4'11''. He's lanky, but musculed, and fast as all font with the sneakyness skills to boot. Likewise, he's not SO small that he can get squished... and he's powerful enough to take on just about anyone or anything. His fur is rough and scarred due to his profession, one particularly long scar running from his forehead, down to the right of his face. Color wise, he's the black of shadows, not perfect ebon, but truly a deep grey that seems to blend in with everything, likewise, his pincers and claws are black... the only bright thing about him are his eyes, which are oddly orange.
Personality: For a mercenery who looks like hell hit by a truck six times... Jaedo's surprisingly good humored, that is, when not on the job. He holds a distinct difference between general life with friends, where he plays the gruff but reasonably friendly captain of sorts... and the job.. where he is purely the hunter, trusting no one, and living only to walk on the edge of death and laugh in it's face. An interesting character is our Jaedo.
History: Jaedo is one of the few cretts who likes Etreus in the Quad system and... as his ship is somewhat down for the count at the moment.. he took the job with some Lavanian cretts. It got him a ride to investigate what he wanted to know... and hey... It's a job.

Height at Shoulder: Anywhere from four to six feet at the shoulder, the shorter they are though, lies the tendency to be leaner and more agile... where as the taller the
Coloration: Any shade of black or green, can be tipped with lighter shades of the original fur color, or in rare occasions.. the opposite color. Eye coloration can truly be just about anything, and claws are usually the same tone as the pincers... but not necessarily.
Species Description: This well-known beast is a thickly-furred quadruped. It has a vulpine head with shadowed slit-pupiled eyes, feline ears, and canine teeth. It has microscopic vision which can be ajusted at will for both long and short range viewing. Vhenii have a very discriminating sense of smell, a sensitive sense of hearing, but a bad sense of taste, and has a sensitive sense of touch. Nevertheless, their good sense are put to use... as is their lone bad sense. This lack of taste allows the creatures to choke down just about anything, and they've developed a highly acidic stomach acid to digest and use whatever they can from nearly all.. except toxic... substances. This works as a good survival technique. Anyway, Vhenii have an arched, almost equine neck, and a mohawkesque mane, that is bristly and protective. However, Vhenii have a feline torso. Its powerful legs end in broad paws. This quadruped also has a long leonine tail that ends in a sharp pincer, which is always metallic black on males.. and metallic forest green on females. This is often one of the only ways you can tell the genders apart... as build wise there is no difference and all reproductive organs are held within the body.
Species Temperment: This beast is notable for its vocal abilities. It's smarter than you are - nothing personal, you understand. XD. It speaks a bugling language, which ranges from pure bugling, to an almost howling sound, to trumpets, to high pitched notes beyond human hearing capacity. It prefers solitude, either living alone or in small packs in temperate climates, but when large numbers of the beasts do get together... the songs are simply amazing.
