Hey 3Cers!

The REV 5 layout is sized to fit on a 3" X 3" single-sided board. The layout requires 5 bare wire jumpers and 2 insulated wire jumpers connecting points A-A and B-B. If you intend on building a Canton Audio board, you should check the Part Placement Guide for an additional mod to supply +12V to the audio circuit - the mod requires adding another bare wire jumper and cutting the trace between C38 and the VDD pin on the Audio Connector.

Pots:
I got the Vishay pots from Mouser (www.mouser.com). The Mouser part number is 72-T20YM-value (value= 1k, 2k, 5k, 20k, 25k). If you're getting parts from another source, the Bourns equivalent model number is 3386F (or more specifically 3386F-1).

Audio Connector:
The 3 pin header is a basic breakaway header strip (.100" centers). Just get a vertical single row 40 position strip and break off what you need.

Video Connector:
Mouser sells the dual RCA jack made by DGS Pro Audio. Mouser Part# 161-4218 Dual RCA OR Mouser Part# 161-4220 Dual RCA Gold. These parts are for using the board externally between VCR and TV.

Power Connector:
Mouser has several different PC Mount DC Power jacks made by DGS Pro Audio. It depends on the size of the plug on your Wall Transformer.

You do not have to use the dual RCA jack or Power jack. If you plan on doing an installation in a VCR/Converter or have difficulty finding the parts, you should use 2 pin headers like on the Canton3.
