Subject: S.O.S. - Canton 4.2 will not lock - HELP

I built Canton 4.2 with code GILN18. Unscrambled
channels pass through OK. But there is no AC at
pins 2,5 of the edge detector. I have done all.

Is there any correction needed in the hardware??

Please help.
