I'm in NTSC land. For PAL code, refer to Jens' page. The codes may not work properly on your system but they contain the correct PAL timings. Using one of the codes as a base, you should be able to add routines to get it to work on your system.

I don't understand the type of scr@mbling your systems uses. If your system inverts the burst or raises/lowers the burst, you'll need to locate the flag/indicator for the change. Once you have located the flag/indicator, then the code changes should be relatively easy.
