Hola cfacha, tengo la hoja de datos del LA7578 y dice que tiene "doble constante de tiempo para una AGC de alta velocidad", quizas el problema podria estar en la rápida respuesta del IC a los cambios, quizas con una capacidad mayor ene el pin 3 lo puedas lograr.
