Si tenes un buen sincro no deberia embromar para nada, para el TV es un canal más.

El mejor lugar es despues de la trampa de 4,5Mhz para evitar posibles interferencias.

Espero que de para arrancar el deco al sintonizar el canal codificado, podria ser que se vuelva un lazo y no arranque; no se cuanto demora en arrancar; sino habria que intentar "mentirle" al IC con un pulso creado por el propio pic o por otro ic que lo genere.
tenes que probar a ver si logras estabilizarlo al deco para que abra.
