Con respecto a que se ve sin colores, te digo yo arme varios con pic de 4MHZ.
Funcionan bien, tu problema puede estar en la conexion del burst, talvez equivocaste el valor del capacitor que va al 4066, o equivocaste el valor de las r de syncronismo o te euivocaste en la parte del restaurador de dc, donde estan lod diodo 1n4148 y colocaste resistencias distintas a las de 1K ( si tocas esta podes darle menos brillos)
