Subject: Tocom 5507 - comportamiento extraño (8(

Tengo un tocom5507 que parece "colgado": uno de los puntos decimales del medio está siempre encendido, el de abajo parpadea, y el resto de la pantalla está apagada. Si presiono algún botón los puntos se opacan un poco, pero no responde. El famoso corto en pines 16-17 no hace NADA :(

Mi pregunta: ¿Está dañado, o sólo bloqueado?
