There is no way (public anyway) to simply make one of these work. There is a 'reset & blocker' modification which will allow you receive the channels in the boxes memory - trouble is that it will turn itself off every couple of hours. There's a much more involved 3chip method with great success for the patient experimenter.
I'd guess you are in Oz - in that case these MMDS services are soon to be discontinued after the successful launch of the Optus C1 satellite. You may not get the mod going before the service disappears in that case.
