Subject: noob needing help in pal system

Hi there to all, 1rst post here!

i'm kinda new to this descrambler stuff, but lately i have surfed the net a lot and stoped in 3chip site, great site but it seems that they don't update it for a while now, ok, i started to built jens decoder, i think it's one of the 1rst 3chip boards to come out, cause im from portugal and they use PAL B system here, so what i want to know is if there is something better than this, if not, what code to use with the PIC?

i told you, kinda noob :D
