Subject: Deco digitalman

Estoy haciendo un deco de digitalman pero no hay caso de hacerlo andar, tengo las alimentaciones bien, el pulso de sincronismo recortado en las patas 8 y 9 del pic bien, no hay errores en el circuito impreso, pero el pic no me genera se�al por la pata 10 ( tengo una tensi�n de 1,5V ) me pueden dar una mano ?
