Subject: Rogers new coding

Rogers recently changed coding in Toronto - Canada. Before was Zenith SSAVI and decoder worked fine. Now still looks like SSAVI, but decoder doesn't lock. On the scope it looks like they inverted complete video signal - with sync once again. First 20-something lines are not on correct level and they seem inverted too. Can anyone help me with that. Which 3chip decoder will work on it.
