OK, I had finaly the chance to take a look at he signal. What Rogers did was to split the Hsync pulse and the video is inverted on all scrambled channels. Somehow, channel 62 is slightly different, and the discrambler doesn't lock on it. Canton 3 and all similar schematics work fine with Rev 7t 1a, but you have to take care of the inversion.
What MagicFly did is wonderfull, but it doesn't help in this case (sorry MF, I don't speak hungarian).
