Hola Roboot, hay un programador muy sencillo de armar llamado NOPPP (No-Parts PIC Programmer), este ya viene con el soft que es muy sencillo de utilizar. Hay dos versiones una para DOS que la podes bajar de: http://www.covingtoninnovations.com/noppp/
y otra para windows que la podes bajar de:
http://ar.geocities.com/lsisarg/

Hay otro programador llamada Propic2, que esta muy bueno y muy completo ya que tambien podes grabar memorias EEPROM. Lo podes bajar de http://www.propic2.com/, el soft lo tenes que registrar asi que busca el crack en http://www.astalavista.box.sk/
