Subject: Como puedo desbloquear un Jerrold General Instrument?

Por favor, si alguien me puede ayudar a desbloquear un decodificador Jerrold General Instrument se lo agradecerķa. Cuando lo prendo pone el numero 16 y luego al segundo se pone "°9", saben que significa esto, yo pienso que esta bloqueado, es de Multicanal.
Se puede utilizar para canales de UHF??
