Subject: Troubleshooting reference - which schematic?

Does anyone know which Canton board this troubleshooting page refers to?

I've put together a Canton Rev3 (adjustable everything) and have ported the rev7t1a to a 16f870. I don't have a scope so adjustments and troubleshooting is difficult. Some of the part references on that page don't make sense with rev3.

I take it that the circuit should lock on to any non scrambled channel like 2 or 3. My LED is on most of the time and flickers every once in a while (for both scrambled and regular). Any tuning tips would be welcomed. I'm in the Toronto area with Rogers.
