I cannot help you with working version for Sveden.
But it is possible to connect decoder with SCART.
I have video (Panasonic HD 625) with two SCART connectors.
And in menu you can set up if second is ext external connection to another video equipment or DECODER.
If you select Decoder you can set for every channel decoder on/off. And decoder must be connected to scart i/o video +audio.
