Subject: Digitalman casi andando - ayuda

Arme el deco digitalman a 10mhz y logre finalmente que enganche (soft de Decos para MC). Si bien el led queda apagado, no logro que la imagen se centre, queda casi siempre desplazada un poco mas arriba y hacia la derecha, y en blanco y negro, y a veces color debil. Cuando salta lo que hace normalmente es moverse lentamente horizontalmente y el sinc. vertical se pierde. Aclaro que esto lo hace practicamente en todos los canales no solo los codificados.

La placa esta instalada en un conversor, chip de IF M51496, con AGC modificado.
La unica modificacion que le hice a la placa fue quitarle el cap C15 que va en paralelo con el cristal. (fue la unica forma de hacer que enganche el pic)

Leí que la entrada requiere rigurosamente una señal de 1vpp.
Estuve tratando de bajarlo con un pot. a masa en la entrada, aunque no baja mas de 0.8v ac sin que se desenganche el pic.

Que puede ser? no tengo mucha experiencia en esto y no se por por donde arrancar. Lei bastantes mensajes pero no encontre casos como este. Les agradezco su ayuda!!
