Subject: 3chip versions for Portugal

Hello all.
First I must say that I am fairly new to the cable descrambling scene.
Here, in Portugal, we have several cable operators and, as in other places, I guess, a lot of people trying to learn as much as possible about scrambling methods and how to deal with’em.
The problem is that, not as in this forum, knowdlege is not shared.
I have been looking at all I found about 3chip projects and its variations for Pal, and comparing them with the only known working hardware here, but now there is big mess in my mind.
The hardware used here has a lot in common with some other designs I've seen in the web, like the use of SX18 (now SX20), but uses the LM18181 as video sync separator and some old delay lines (DL700/701 or SDL145).
There is another one that uses Atmel AT90S1200.

Are any of these designs known from anyone in this forum? If so can you point me out the way to learn a little more about them?

Thanks,
Vasku
