Una posible solucion a este problema es anadir una resistencia en paralelo con el filtro que pusiste,
puedes experimentar con un potenciometro de 2M ohms en paralelo e ir variandolo hasta que el problema desaparesca
y no se sature el blanco de la imagen, luego puedes medir el potenciometro y poner una resistencia fija con el varor en ohms que te de la medicion del potenciometro, o si prefieres dejar el potenciometro conectado con el filtro.
esto me ha dado buen resultado con esos brillos en la imagen....
