Subject: THE CRYSTAL DOESN'T WORK

I made the Canto3 with Rev71a soft, but it doesn't work, I reviewed with the Osciloscope all the signal there are ok, but the cristall oscilator doesn't work, I changed it for some crystall and the problem is present even. Please can you tell me what kind of crystall I have to use and can you send me the data sheet of crystall that you are selling.
