Subject: 3chip doesn't work

I am living in Tampere Finland,I have biult 3 chip witch I don't know what design. it have 3 transistors 3904,3906,and 4 47mf capasitors with VCXO from Jauch like recomended on JensJ site I tryed it with pic 16f84-20 with all cind of code from JensJ site "http://members.rotfl.com/JensJ/"
the ver 2.4a hex try do something but its also scrambel a regural chanels the led go on and off ,when try ver 2.5 its do nothing on cable chanel and on regural chanel it show one sec and then tern to black screen with led on.
I am not an elctronic guy I just know to built securit
any budy know a good proven design for finland that work please contact me.the picture on my tv look with invertion,
on some chanel the invertion change randomly ,on most chanel i can see the pictures with no decoder just in negative and sometimes there is a short wave on the pictures, I can here audio with no decoder and can see most of the chanel on my computer with the cable crypt software ver 1.5 is the best ,I hope this details will help the expert around here ,please help :)
