I've one thing to say about this:

Just one, only one NOP more or less in the code means work or not to work. You have to realize that the PIC is performing a task that it isnīt prepared for, I mean in some parts of code it is working as a PLL so accuracy of intruction time execution is very very important. If you use an External PLL like LM565 to look in horizontal and other for vertical frecuency you might use C for pic programing. I hope you can do something, keep us informed.
