La placa la hice yo, me salio muy bien o sea que esta descartado algun problema por eso y con respecto al oscilador para poder ponerle uno de 20mhz tengo que cambiar los capacitores, cual es el circuito que vos usas ??.
Me podes mandar al asm que usas vos para cablevision con el hardware de digitalman ??.
