Subject: Steele SX programmer (SAKMAN or PHIL)

I finish building the Steele S18 programmer,but when I try to test the hardware with the software ,it comes back with
THIS PROGRAM HAS TERMINATED and no errors or nothing.
Also I'd like to know how to load my hex file to program the SX-18. There is no option to do this in th software.
