Lo que hice fue lo siguiente: coloqué un preset de 5k en serie con un resistor de 150 ohms en lugar de R5 (470), con esto varía la ganancia del ampli de entrada y mejoran los colores (si le das mucho el PIC se desengancha, que debe ser por defasaje del capa C10).
Después puse un preset de 5k en lugar de R12 (1K) con esto variás el brillo.
Ajustá, medí y después colocá resistores fijos (o no).

Si ves que no alcanza con el primer cambio, tenes que hacer un amplificador (con el NE5534, sale $1) de ganancia variable (entre .5 y 10 te alcanza)
