Yes - you need to program a PIC16F84A first to get the fluffy working but all source code is included so this is a very flexible unit. Currently it supports several PICs plus old and new version SX18's and SX28's for in system programming and the list could easily be expanded to anything you've got a socket for including smartcards with a little work. I only wanted it for SX's as I already have a P16PRO which does everything else.
