I got closer look with scope and...
Video muting circuit was still active even I think that I was disabled it. Also output of 3chip was around 3Vpp but input was like it should be around 1Vpp, I adjusted output also around 1Vpp. It's now much better some channels are almost perfect but some has still same problem that some unit on the video is trying to kill signal time after time.

It looks like the signal is interrupted before 3chip, AGC(?)
I heard someone recomended to change resistor to variable insted of changing capacitor ?
