Subject: Necesito ayuda respecto a Proyecto Digitalman

Hola, acabo de montar un digitalman, el problema es que en la salida de video la hace normal, osea no decodifica nada. La salida no es = a la entrada, pero casi, el resultado no se acerca a una imagen sis codificar ni loco.
El led esta siempre apagado y yo no tengo mucha idea de electronica ni de seņales de tv como para poder sacar algo en claro.
Si puenteo los pines 10 y 11 del 4066 la salida es = a la entrada, por lo que el circuito esta perfectamente montado. Cambie ya el C15 q viene con uno de 33pF por uno de 18pF a ver si era demasiado y no dejaba oscilar el pic pero tampoco.
No se cual es el problema. Rogaria que alguien me mostrase como comprobar el circuito y en si el buen funcionamiento del pic.
