The colour burst (and video) is never inverted here (would it the colour must have been more much affected). It's just that the path for video and burst are different and there is a different delay inbetween (I have an amplifier - Canton 3 version - on video and a similar one on burst, set with different amplifying levels). And greenish is not the same on different scrambled channels (some almost normal).
Also, in 3 chip the input amplifier is debitting, durring active line, on a high impedence (the one of the next stage, usually very high) while is debitting on a low impedance durring blanking (1k || 2k || 10K), and that was the reason I put an amplifier on the burst path (before that level of the burst at the output never reached the one at the input)
