I have a 9 foot vdb boompole which keeps getting stuck...It has about 4 levels to move but I am currently only able to move one section up and down and the others are stuck in their current position. We once had it fixed and the technician told me that we needed to unlock and lock it before we move it and he said that there was a dent at some point but he was able to fix it and it worked fine for some time,.. but now it seems hopeless.... any suggestions?
