Subject: Facial and Vocal Obscuration...

I'm using Final Cut Pro 3 and working on a project which requires me to maintain subject anonymity. I would like to know the fastest, most effective, non-reversible way to obscure both the face and voice of the subject, while still allowing his or her speech to be understood clearly.

As for the voice, I'm assuming a blue dot would be best, but for the audio, I have no ideas.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
