IN JO'S, YOU CAN START A THE AGE OF 8 (EIGHT), DOING ALOT OF LINE DRILLS, AND WRIST SNAPS, I WOULD ONLY PRACTICE WITH HER AND HAVE HER THROW IN PRACTICE ONLY THE FIRST YEAR, THE SECOND YEAR SHE COULD BE A 5 OR 6 PITCHER ON THE TEAM, AT THE AGE OF 9 IN THE 10U WE THROW AGES 9,10,11(DEPENDING ON BIRTH DATE) REMEMBER 10U MEANS TOURNAMENT TEAM IN MOST CASES, AND JO'S IS A LOCAL LEAGUE
