Subject: Bald Headed Cockatiels

Hi, I have two cockatiels that have had babies in the last 3 months, one baby is now 3 months old and has a spayed leg but also has a bald spot on his head, the other bird less than a month old has a really bad bald head and his stomach is still expose. I was wondering is there any thing that was done wrong to create these deformities? Or will the feathers grow in? Thanks a lot.
