Have you candeled the eggs to be sure they are good? Does the other set of birds have eggs now? If the eggs are good as long as they are kept warm they will hatch about 18 days after the last one is laid. You can check the eggs by using a flashlight in a dark room. If they glow brown or green they are no good, so I have read. Other birds make good surrogates if they currently have eggs or chicks. I read this at the National Cockatiel Society homepage. I recently have a tiel to lay. She has laid 4. please email me on your experiences with the new hatchlings, I am haveing this happen for the first time and am very excited about the event.
