Just smiled and waved good-bye.

Insistent photos ruthlessly aimed
Ducked well, did Lady Di.

Carefully slanted, retouched, re-edited.
Called credible news�but why?

All resolved and laid to rest
While thousands did mourn and cry�

How can we go on without the truth?
�Give us details. Don�t be so shy.�

Far too long out of the Royale fish bowl
Now quietly in peace she�ll lie.
