Hi Bill,

Thanks for the input regarding coin beaches. I have another question that you might be able to help me out with. I have found an abandoned house on about 20 acres of property near my office on Long Island. I estimate the house to have been built in the late 1700's, or very early 1800's at the latest. I have visited the property on several occasions and have noted that there aren't any "No Trespassing" signs posted. During my visits to the location I have spent as much as an hour wandering the property looking for any inhabitants to question, but have come up empty. I really want to hunt the site (without venturing into the house because it's boarded up) but don't want to have someone appear and hand me a summons or worse. Any advice?

Thanks, Steve
