Beth bynnag, mwy na goginio dw i'n casau bwyd parod, llawn dop o rifau 'e' ac msg. Mae'n well gen i treulio ORIAU yn goginio bwyd ffres (organig, di-g.m. a leol/Gymraeg os mae'n posib - ydw, dw i'n annodd fy mlesio). Yn anffodus dw i rhedeg allan o syniadau yn aml iawn, felly 'swn i croesawu unrhyw awgrymiadau ... yn enwedig os mae na basil yn y rysait.
