 Noting the absence of an Antarctic presence, I've applied for the title of Viceroy of Antarctica, in addition to my current title of Laird of Oregon and Grand Duke of the Pacific Northwest.
I base my claim on the fact that I've been to Korea, Hong Kong and China, and noticed that they had been taken. But I've seen Antarctica on TV and noticed nothing but penguins and explorers foolish enough to actually go there and risk freezing to death. By virtue of the fact that I'm smart enough NOT to go there, I am certainly the most qualified Antarctican now living.
