It would seem you are confused! In certain instances, it can be ascertained that your position is correct, particularly when you are refer to my neighbor to the west, California. And, yes, seeing how I have spent a substanial amount of my time on this earth in Virginia, I have a certain fondness for that part of our beloved country. I believe the term "right" applies appropriately to everything that lies below the Mason-Dixon line. Above that, those people are quite confused and do not realize that they are left when they should be right. Be that as it may, the right is always right and regardless of your geographical location, one should always be right and never left. California and New York (New Jersey doesn't count as it is actually a suburb of New York) are the only exception to this as, well... they are just different and I, myself, am content to just let them be what they are. So techinically speak, yes, you are "right," but the west is still and always will be the best. ;)
