I agree with Treck... we should wait until the site is back up. If you would like to meet with an individual, then my suggestion would be to meet with them and run a private, non-guild game with them just to see how they game/what they're like, and explain to them that as soon as our site is back up, you can do the "formal interview" and get it out of the way. This will serve a 3-fold purpose.. number 1, it will keep the prospect's interest in the guild up because they will have actually met and gamed with someone other than their recruiter, number 2 it will make the interviews go that much faster once the site DOES come back up, as at that point it's basically just an item check, and number 3, it'll give us as Guards time to game and have a little more fun, rather than just being cops in channel or in regular games. After all, if you're gaming with a new prospect, that's a good reason to relax and have some fun AND get the job done at the same time WITHOUT interuptions..after all, if I were to whisper to one of ya to maybe give me a hand with something, and you were to whisper back that you were gaming with a prospect, that's usually more important to me than whatever it was I wanted.. I can always find someone else to help out if it's THAT important, and I believe that Gabe feels the same way. Our lifeblood is NEW members, it's what keeps our guild fresh, and it's what keeps us as the ever-evolving, ever-changing, ever - improving organization that we are.

Go get 'em, ya'll!
