Blurr tensed as he targeted the Swarm drones. He swiftly contorted his body into a serrated ball, spikes lining his azure hull. He lit up with a soft blue aura as he began to spin rapidly, inching forward as he gathered speed. With a cry, he released the potential and kinetic energies, launching him straight into a drone! The bodyguard sawed right through the menace, severing its systems and taking it out of commission. Blurr uncurled and skid to a stop inches away from the shattered window. A grin crossed his face. It vanished when the remaining drone swatted him out of the building.

His initial response was panic. He frantically activated the boosters in his soles, which didn't help much considering he was upside-down. Blurr cut the fuel, regaining his composition and slamming his feet on the building. He began to run down the side, legs moving impossibly fast yet maintaining balance and a defiance of gravity. The falling Hegemon caught his eye. Blurr tilted his dash, darting into the senator's path. Would he catch him in time? Or would the streets beat him to the punch?
