Actually, I haven't really paid attention to the FPS on specific maps, I'll do so from now on. One thing you could do if you cannot obtain the map due to size is have someone email it to you. That way you don't have to wait for the server.
As well, speaking of maps, I am not a fan of maps that are to scale and confined. I much prefer the big maps with a lot of room like Bathroom and Bar. There's something nice about getting a head shot while zooming in from far away (not camping!). Although, on the subject of camping, I don't mind someone zapping me from a nice perch occasionally, but it does get irritating when they repeatedly go back to the same place. Ya know, come to think of it, maybe we should start calling them TERRORISTS! The unseen, chicken-little fighters that like to hide. Maybe that will get them in the fray. :)
