Once finalized these proposed regulations will be sent to sympathetic state and federal legislators. Now is your chance to provide your input into the very important work.

===

No child under the age of three.

No child under the age of 15 may enter more than one pageant every three months.

No child under the age of 15 may wear makeup of any kind.

No child under 18 may have chemically induced tans.

All participants and audience members 18 and over must have background checks at least once per year.

All participants must test free of nicotine and illegal drugs.

All participants under the age of 18 and over the age of 6 must provide proof that they are maintaining a passing average in school. Home schooled children will not be allowed to participate in pageants.

CPS are to be allowed free access to inspect the homes of any pageant contestants.

People who observe child abuse at or around pageants must report the abuse. Not reporting such observed abuse will be a felony.

Pageant providers must give a public accounting of the balance sheet for each pageant within 7 days of the event.

Pageant providers who do not award the announced prizes will be charged with felony fraud.

Please feel free to add to this list. You, the pageant moms of America, know what reforms are most needed. Now is your chance.
