I own all the area around the tower *soft smile* you need not ask permission to build anywhere..just pick your spot my friend...no land is for sale here...just paying the taxes on your plot will be what needs to be done. If you need any materials to build with...let me know. Just get with me when you can and we will work out the monies of the material...*soft smile*
